Open call for Baltic Dance Platform 2026 for artists
The next Baltic Dance Platform will take place in Vilnius from 23 to 25 April 2026.
Application deadline for artists: 10 July 2025 at 17:00

You can apply in three categories:
Performance – a full-length production created and premiered between 14 May 2023 and 10 July 2025. All other works (e.g. works in progress, upcoming premieres) are welcome in the short presentation or open studio presentation category.
Pitch presentation – a 10-minute live or video presentation and speech plus a 5-minute Q&A with international dance experts.
Open Studio Presentation – Up to 1 hour of live broadcast to present work in progress or completed in a studio environment, followed by a Q&A with international dance experts.
Applicants may submit their application in one or more categories. When applying, please specify your preferred category and any alternative categories that may be considered appropriate if the jury proposes to change the category of the application (e.g. from performance to open studio presentation).
The results will be announced by the end of August on the website www.balticdance.org and on the channels of the Baltic Dance Platform. Selected participants will be notified personally.
